Invoices, receipts, and quotes

Find existing billing documents or ask ALLO for receipts, invoices, quotes, and procurement documents.

Billing documents answer different questions

Invoices and receipts explain charges that already happened. Quotes and procurement documents help a school or company approve a purchase before it happens. Tax documents, country-specific forms, and custom-term quotes often need a human support or sales conversation.

Use this article when you need a receipt, invoice, quote, local billing document, purchasing paperwork, or a custom-term billing document. If the issue is an unpaid invoice or failed card, start with Fix a payment issue.

Find existing invoices or receipts

Open the workspace, then go to Workspace Settings → Billing. Make sure you are in the correct workspace before checking invoices because billing is workspace-owned. If you belong to several workspaces, the receipt you need may be under a different workspace than the one currently selected.

If Billing shows invoice history, look for the charge date, amount, currency, and payment status. Completed charges may show a receipt or invoice record. If you do not see the document, ask the billing admin because invoice access can be limited by role.

Use Open billing if you cannot find the Billing page.

Ask for a quote or procurement document

Contact sales@allo.io or open Customer Support when you need a document before purchase, such as:

What to include when asking

Send enough detail to avoid a slow "what plan, what workspace, what term?" loop.

Never send a full card number. If support needs a safe card identifier, they may ask for the last four digits only.

Custom terms and education purchases

Billing checkout is built around the plan options shown in Billing. If a school, company, or procurement team needs a custom term such as a semester, seven months, or a special education agreement, use Sales or Customer Support instead of forcing the purchase through a standard monthly plan.

Receipts versus refunds

A receipt proves that a payment happened. It does not mean the payment can be refunded. ALLO payments and AI credit purchases are generally non-refundable under ALLO's terms unless required by law or a written agreement. If a document is missing

If Billing does not show the document you need, open Customer Support and include the workspace name, charge date, amount, currency, billing email, and the kind of document you need. For education or custom-term documents, include the school or organization name, seat count, term, and deadline.
