Install mobile when you need ALLO away from your desk
The ALLO mobile app is for opening shared canvases, reviewing work, replying to comments, checking updates, and making lightweight changes from a phone or tablet. It uses the same ALLO account as web and desktop.
Mobile is not meant to replace a large monitor for sustained layout work, but it is not a read-only companion app. Use web or desktop when you need a larger export preview, precise pointer control, heavy file handling, or printer/browser controls. Use web or desktop for billing and payment management.

Install from the download page
Open Download ALLO from your phone or tablet and choose the iOS or Android app. The page routes you to the current store listing for your device.
If you are on a desktop computer, the same download page also shows desktop installers. Choose the mobile store link only when installing on a phone or tablet.
Install on iPhone or iPad
- Open Download ALLO on the iOS device.
- Choose the iOS app.
- Install it from the App Store.
- Open ALLO.
- Sign in with the same email or sign-in method you use on web or desktop.
If App Store installation is blocked, check Screen Time, device management, region restrictions, or company mobile-device policy. If your device is managed by work or school, ask IT to approve ALLO.
Install on Android
- Open Download ALLO on the Android device.
- Choose the Android app.
- Install it from Google Play.
- Open ALLO.
- Sign in with the same email or sign-in method you use on web or desktop.
If Google Play installation is blocked, check device compatibility, account region, storage, network, or work profile policy.
Keep the app updated
Use the App Store or Google Play to update ALLO. Updates matter because mobile sign-in, shared-link handling, comments, and canvas review depend on current app behavior. Very old app versions may not support current authentication or session rules.
If mobile sign-in suddenly stops working, update the app before changing passwords or asking an admin to resend invites. For sign-in recovery, see Sign in to the mobile app.
Use the same account
Install does not create a new workspace. Sign in with the email address that has access to your ALLO work. If you use a different email on mobile, you may see an empty workspace, missing canvases, or no access to shared links.
If you accidentally sign in with the wrong account, sign out and sign in again with the correct email. If you are not sure which email was invited, ask the workspace owner or use When you can't access work.
