Plans are based on workspace seats, sharing needs, and admin controls. External collaboration is handled through plan permissions, so admins can choose the access level that fits each project.

EDITORS
People who actively create and edit on the canvas. Seat billing follows the selected plan and workspace settings.
GUEST VIEWERS
People with the right shared access can view canvases and comment where permissions allow.
GUEST EDITORS
Business supports more advanced external collaboration controls for teams that need outside partners to edit specific work.

AI actions use credits. Usage depends on the action, input size, and generation settings. Admins can review the workspace credit balance and add packs when the team needs more.

Business includes subscription credits

Business includes 2,000 AI credits per seat in a shared workspace pool. A ten-person workspace gets 20,000 credits, and everyone can draw from it. The included pool resets at subscription renewal.

Need more? Admins can top up

When the included pool runs low, a workspace admin can buy a credit pack. Billing shows the current balance and how credits are applied.

Sharing is separate from AI usage

Reviewing a canvas is not an AI action. Seat, sharing, and editing permissions depend on the workspace plan and settings.
